Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. THE PURCHASER MUST CONTACT GLF ARMORY FOR SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN A FIREARM. IF A FIREARM IS BEING RETURNED BECAUSE OF A FAILED BACKGROUND CHECK, OR ANY OTHER REASON APPROVED BY GLF ARMORY, THE PURCHASER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COST AND PROCESSING. BY PURCHASING A FIREARM FROM GLF ARMORY THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN SHIPPING AND PROCESSING FOR A FAILED BACKGROUND CHECK AND SUCH COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE PURCHASER’S REFUND AMOUNT.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept some clothing items, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, personal protective equipment, gas masks, filters and hazmat suits are NON-REFUNDABLE for safety purposes.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless there is a warranty issue or you are explicitly instructed to do so.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
On orders for which we provide free shipping we will deduct the cost of shipping the product from your refund. We also do not cover return shipping costs unless the wrong item(s) were shipped and/or unless we are the cause of the issue.
Shipping Cost
Please be aware that the shipping cost on the website are a quote, actual cost might be less or more than what appears in the quote.
Firearm Shipments
We can only ship firearms to FFL Dealers. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to the purchaser or to a Post Office Box.
The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.
If you order a handgun, stockless shotgun, complete AR or AK receiver, or stripped lower receiver, YOU MUST be:
- A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.
- 21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.
Exceptions: Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.
The customer may be asked to provide the FFL information that they wish to use. If a customer wishes to change the FFL they want to use after the order has shipped, there may be additional
shipping cost. If a shipment is refused by a FFL, or the FFL is not able to receive the delivery, the package will be returned to GLF Armory. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive one of the following: (1) a store credit, or (2) a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at a.guice@glfarmory.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items under limited circumstances, please contact us for details. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at a.guice@glfarmory.com and send your item to: PO BOX 542484, Grand Prairie, TX 75054.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
IN THE EVENT YOU ARE RETURNING A FIREARM, YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A SEPARATE RETURN ADDRESS AND INSTRUCTIONS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was shipped in error and/or you’ve received prior approval and shipping information from us). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, shipping times for exchanges may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
